What is PChopper

PChopper is a tool developed by the Translational Medicine Research Collaboration (TMRC) to assist with the task of identifying the enzymes that can be used to obtain peptides with phosphorylation sites via enzymatic protein digest, in a high throughput manner. It can quickly and easily predict phospho-peptides that can be produced via enzymatic protein digests across multiple experiments, and can additionally advice on the most appropriate set of enzymes that would are required to complete all experiments.
